Article 2 (Types of Information Collected)
We collect and use the following information in connection with the provision of the Service:
1. Account Information
- Name
- Email address
- Company name, department, job title, etc.
- Automatically generated account ID
- Other information specified on registration forms
2. Service Usage Data (User Data)
- Monitored keywords and keyword sets
- Brand information (own/competitor brand names, name variations, etc.)
- Prompts sent to LLMs and LLM responses
- Data obtained through AI Overview, SERP, and scraping processes
- Internal documents uploaded by users (keyword research sheets, brand guidelines, customer data, etc.)
- Reports, dashboards, and notes generated and saved within the Service
- All other data registered or submitted by users to the Service
3. Log and Technical Information
- Usage logs including access timestamps, viewed pages, features used, and search execution history
- IP address
- Browser, OS, and device information
- Identifiers from cookies and similar technologies
- Error logs (e.g., Sentry) and performance logs
4. Payment and Billing Information (including data managed by external payment services)
- Subscription plan, billing amount, billing address, payment status, etc.
- Credit card information is generally managed by payment processors; we do not access sensitive card numbers.
Article 3 (Purpose of Use of Personal Information and User Data)
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- To verify user identity, manage accounts, and perform authentication
- To process billing, payment, and verify usage status
- To deliver core Service features including AI search/LLM monitoring, brand visibility analytics, and report generation
- To integrate with external services (OpenAI, Vertex AI, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.) via API calls
- To improve Service quality, enhance features, and develop new functionality (including statistical and behavioral log analysis)
- To detect, investigate, and resolve issues and outages
- To prevent unauthorized use, unauthorized access, and implement security measures
- To send Service-related notifications, important updates, and notices of changes to agreements, terms, or this Policy
- To provide information about other services offered by us or related services (users may opt out through our designated process)
- To create anonymized statistical data for service improvement and marketing purposes
- To exercise rights and fulfill obligations under contracts and applicable laws
- For purposes incidental to the above
Article 4 (Legal Compliance and User Responsibilities)
- We comply with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other applicable laws and guidelines, and handle personal information appropriately.
- When registering personal information such as customer data in the Service, users are responsible for obtaining necessary consents, disclosing purposes of use, and taking other measures required by law.
- We assume no liability for disputes or damages arising from a user's registration of personal information in the Service in violation of applicable laws.
Article 5 (Disclosure to Third Parties)
- We do not provide personal information to third parties except in the following cases:
- With the user's consent
- When required by law
- When necessary to protect the life, body, or property of an individual, and obtaining consent is impractical
- When particularly necessary for public health or the protection of minors, and obtaining consent is impractical

- In connection with business succession (merger, corporate split, business transfer, or other similar events)
- We may process user data into anonymized statistical information and use or publish it for service improvement or marketing purposes. Such information is appropriately anonymized so it does not constitute personal information.
Article 6 (Outsourcing and Use of External Services)
- We may outsource portions of our operations to the following types of third parties for the provision, operation, maintenance, and analysis of the Service:
- Cloud infrastructure providers (e.g., cloud hosting services)
- File storage services (e.g., Amazon S3, Google Cloud Storage)
- External AI services (OpenAI, Google Cloud / Vertex AI, Gemini API, Perplexity API, etc.)
- Data acquisition and scraping services
- Analytics, error tracking, and behavioral analysis tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Sentry, etc.)
- Payment processors (Stripe, etc.) and email delivery services
- Other providers we deem necessary
- We require these providers to maintain personal information protection obligations equivalent to or greater than those in this Policy, and we provide appropriate oversight.
Article 7 (Transfer to Third Parties in Foreign Countries)
- In using cloud infrastructure, external AI services, scraping services, and similar tools, we may provide personal information to, or allow access by, entities located outside Japan (including the EU, United States, and other regions).
- We verify the personal information protection frameworks of the countries/regions where these entities are located and implement appropriate protective measures in accordance with this Policy and applicable laws.
Article 8 (Special Provisions for Google API Services)
- The Service may use Google API Services for features such as monitoring AI Overviews in Google Search.
- We use, store, share, and transfer information received from Google APIs in compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy (including its Limited Use requirements).
- Google user data obtained through Google API Services will not be used for advertising purposes or sold to third parties, in accordance with said policy.
Article 9 (Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies)
- We may use cookies and similar technologies on the Service and our website for the following purposes:
- To maintain login sessions and improve convenience
- To understand and analyze Service usage patterns
- To measure advertising effectiveness and deliver behavioral targeting ads (opt-out options will be provided as needed)
- Users may refuse cookies by changing browser settings; however, some features of the Service may be restricted as a result.
Article 10 (Security Measures)
- We implement necessary and appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information and user data, including access controls, log management, encryption, and backups.
- We provide necessary training and supervision to our employees and service providers regarding the proper handling of personal information.
Article 11 (Retention Period and Deletion)
- We retain personal information and user data for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes of use.
- Even after termination of the service agreement, we may retain information for a certain period where legally required or reasonably necessary for dispute resolution.
- After the retention period expires or when information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it using reasonable methods.
Article 12 (Disclosure, Correction, and Suspension of Use)
- Users may request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure, or other actions ("Disclosure Requests") regarding their personal information through our designated process.
- We respond to such requests to a reasonable extent in accordance with applicable laws and notify users of the outcome. However, we may decline requests in the following cases:
- Where there is a risk of harm to the life, body, property, or other rights of the individual or a third party
- Where it would significantly impede the proper conduct of our business
- Where it would result in a violation of law

Article 13 (Use by Minors)
- The Service is primarily intended for use by businesses and legal entities, and is not directed at individual minors.
- If a minor uses the Service, they must do so with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and we will handle their information on this basis.
Article 14 (Changes to This Policy)
- We may change the content of this Policy as necessary.
- When changes are made, we will notify users of the revised content and effective date through the Service dashboard, our website, email, or other methods we deem appropriate.
- If a user continues to use the Service after the effective date of any changes, or fails to cancel their account within the designated period, they shall be deemed to have agreed to the revised Policy.
- For material changes that require user consent under applicable law, we will obtain consent through our designated process before applying the revised Policy.
